Return and Exchange Policy

We do not offer any return or cash refund. However, we allow exchange of purchased items on UN.LIMITED if you opted for self-collection. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with the original tags still attached and with any related accessories included. Failure to fulfill these conditions aforementioned will NOT be accepted for any exchange.

We provide product exchange within 3 days of the date of collection. Please bring along your invoice/order confirmation email during your visit at the selected outlet.

Exchange is only allowed for the same item purchased. If the item is out of stock, you can choose different item(s) available on UN.LIMITED to exchange:

  • If the new item(s) is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount.
  • If the new item(s) is of a lower price, there is no cash refund provided.

Delivery Policy

Due to current pandemic disruption, order may experience longer than the expected shipping and delivery time subjects to the delivery arrangement by our courier service provider – Pos Laju and GDex. We seek your kind understanding and look forward to serve you!

We ship domestically and internationally via Poslaju, GDex and DHL. We ship worldwide.

Order are processed and shipped on business days only which are from Monday to Friday, 8am until 6pm, excluding national holidays in Malaysia. 

Estimated delivery for International shipment: 4-11 working days

Estimated delivery for West Malaysia: 3-5 working days

Estimated delivery for East Malaysia: 1-3 days working days

*Expected delays:

  • Order placed on weekend, public holidays, sales or promotional period.
  • Payment receipt was not provided for customer who selected manual payment method (Direct bank transfer or cash deposit).
  • The product is out of stocks. In these circumstances, our customer service will contact you for further actions.

Tracking number will be made available to customer via email as soon as the parcel is ready to be shipped out. Customers may access Express Tracking to get update on the parcel movement status.

Kindly note that you will only be able to track your shipment once the courier service updates their system with your tracking information.

Delivery failure may occur in the event of

  1. Incorrect delivery address
  2. Recipient is not available during attempted delivery

In such cases, the courier service will either

  1. Attempt another delivery to the given address
  2. Return the parcel to local sorting hub
  3. Return the parcel to you

*NOTES:

Please make sure your shipment details are correct. Should a parcel be returned to us, we will not be liable for additional expenses incurred to resend the parcel to you. You will have to pay for the additional costs. the buyer is responsible to contact us or the courier service if the parcel is not received after promise lead time.

Self-Collection Policy

Yes. We are pleased to extend our store pick up option to all purchases made on UN.LIMITED.

Self-collection service is free for all orders with no minimum spend required.

All orders placed online will be processed within 24 hours. You will receive a notification via email once item is ready for collection at your preferred outlet, at a time that is convenient to you (within retail operating hours).

Your orders will be kept at the selected outlet for 7 days from date of notice for collection. Please do contact our team at customer service for further assistance.
